Cost of a written translation depends on a language group, text volume that is translated as well as on complexity of subjects, formatting and urgency. In this field a concrete standard of cost definition was formed, that is the base unit on which the translation cost is defined. Such base unit is one standard page of translation. Thus, the base page is considered not a sheet of the document of a format, for example, А4, but quantity of signs (1860 symbols, including blanks). It is considered, that one page corresponds to the text, which is placed on one average page of format А4 filled with a normal script by a typewriter.

The prices are specified for 1 page of format А4 (1860 symbols with blanks).
The minimum order makes 1/2 of a page А4 (930 symbols with blanks).
Term of translation for small documents (not more than 5 pages) makes 3 working days.
Volumetric documents are translated on the following principle: 4-8 pages per day.
Cost of translation of very difficult texts is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Translation of urgent orders is carried out with additional payment at a rate of 50 % from a total cost of translation. Urgent is the translation of orders up to 5 pages during 2 working days. Volumetric urgent documents are translated 5 pages per day.
The translation “for yesterday”. It’s expensive, but is possible, because in the life different situations are happened and the way out is needed to be find. The cost of such translation is paid at a double rate and term is determined on the basis “we needed to return it yesterday” under condition of placement of an order till 10 o’clock a.m.
Cost of editorial correction makes 50 % from a translation cost. In case of translation of documents of the same type, cost of translation of each following document is equal to the cost of editorial correction.
The price for translation of the standard document makes 1/2 of the cost of 1 page of translation. The following documents are considered as standard:
- Passport, identification code
- Certificates (of birth, of ownership, of marriage, of death, of surname’s change, of divorce, etc.)
- References (from housing department, bank on credit card, non-conviction, salary, etc.)
- Diplomas (without the loose leaf)
